Anti-social behaviour – how we can help

It’s Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week and we want to let customers know how we can help.
We know anti-social behaviour (ASB) can impact lives. If you are experiencing ASB, domestic abuse or hate crime or incidents, we will support you to help you to feel safe and secure in your home.
Our front line staff are trained to support anyone affected and will put you in touch with our ASB team who are experts in getting to the heart of the matter. They take a personal approach to fully understand any issue so we can offer the right support and take the right action.
They will investigate your complaint, contact those involved and agree a plan of action. They can also give you advice and practical support. All conversations are confidential.
Our approach is working
- 70% of customers supported tell us they feel confident to report things in future.
- One customer told us, ‘From the beginning, I felt that my concerns were taken seriously.’
What is ASB and what isn’t?
ASB covers a variety of things such as:
- excessive noise
- rowdy or threatening behaviour
- drug dealing
- targeting someone for their race, colour, sexuality, disability or faith
ASB isn’t things like:
- noise from children playing
- personal differences
- family disputes
- overgrown gardens
Find out more about ASB and how we can support you.
Keep an eye on our socials – Facebook and LinkedIn – during the week to learn more about how we can help you and where appropriate take action.
