Brighter Places is delighted to be offering four new family homes at the Flowers Hills Grange development in Brislington.  Delivered in partnership with award-winning housebuilder Bellway they are the first of 38 homes Brighter Places will offer at the new development to provide much needed, high-quality affordable homes in the area.

One of the three-beds will be available for Social Rent* which is typically between 40-60% of local market rent. The other three homes will be available through Shared Ownership  

Flowers Hill Grange is an ideal location for families.  Situated just off the Bath Road in Brislington it has excellent transport connections including easy access public transport, walking and cycle routes and local road networks.  It is walking distance to local primary, secondary schools and sixth-form provision plus Brislington Retail Park and a wide variety of local services, leisure facilities, cafes and shops are close by.
