We are pleased to announce that a vacancy has become available for a full time, permanent Delivery Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading the way we deliver our Development Programme to meet the needs of our residents and the ‘Growth’ priority of our organisation.

What you will receive

What will you be doing?

  • You will lead, oversee and performance manage the Delivery team to deliver a circa £65m programme of affordable housing projects including land-led, developer-led and S106 schemes to a quality that meets the organisations design standards, ensuring that scheme design and construction reflect climate change and the Zero Carbon targets within the region and sector.
  • You will lead on and review new opportunities and submit bids where they meet the Growth targets and delivering specialist projects which could include MMC, zero carbon and identifying alternative funding streams.
  • You will project manage the more complex projects in the programme, including carrying out scheme appraisals, project plan and risk register, procure, appoint, as well as manage consultants and contractors as appropriate to support the successful delivery of these projects.
