Development Project Manager

In support of our continued growth we are pleased to announce that a vacancy has become available for a part time (21 hours per week), permanent Development Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in our delivery of 1,000 homes by 2027.

As our Development Project Manager you will contribute to the delivery of our Development programme ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and of a quality and standard that delivers our ‘Growth’ priority. You will also support the development strategy by identifying new opportunities, submitting competitive bids, and ensuring projects contribute to the sustainability and growth of the communities where we work.

What you will receive

  • A starting salary of £20,313  pro rata (FTE: £35,790) with the opportunity to obtain additional performance related pay increments

What will you be doing?

  • You will project manage development sites from inception through to completion and handover from the contractor.
  • Identify project and partnership opportunities through agents, marketing websites, networks and stakeholder contacts.
  • Carry out scheme feasibility assessments by undertaking site visits and schemes appraisals and create project plans, as well as procure, appoint, and manage consultants and contractors as appropriate to support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure that we are compliant with Health and Safety Regulations for your development sites and projects.
