COVID-19 service update – planned programme of works

We are pleased to let you know that we’re restarting our maintenance service as lockdown restrictions continue to ease.

Following Government guidance, we are continually reviewing how we provide our services to ensure our key priority – the health, safety and wellbeing of residents, our colleagues and contractors is maintained.

And, after a thorough review of our planned programme of works, we are now making some changes as detailed below.

Planned Programme of Works:

External Painting and Repairs to communal areas

We are now restarting this programme of work.

Internal Painting and Repairs to communal areas

We are aiming to restart this, non-urgent maintenance work from late June 2021.

Replacement Kitchens & Bathroom

We are aiming to restart this work from mid May 2021.

Replacement Heating

Boiler replacement only. This work is now going ahead as normal where required.

Full heating system replacement will restart from mid-May 2021.

Replacement Windows & and Entrance doors

We are now restarting this programme of work.

Surveys & Inspections

Stock Condition Survey and EPC survey. We are aiming to restart this programme of work from mid-May 2021.

Maintenance inspections.  We are aiming to be able to visit you in your home to carry out inspections from the mid-May.
