External Painting and Repairs to communal areas

This programme of work restarted in April.

Internal Painting and Repairs to communal areas

We are now restarting this programme of work.  The majority of non-urgent work will be carried out during the winter.  This will allow us to focus on external work during the summer when the weather is better.

Replacement Kitchens & Bathroom

We are now restarting this programme of work.

Replacement Heating

Boiler replacement only. This work is going ahead as normal where required.

Full heating system replacement.  This work has restarted where required.

Replacement Windows & and Entrance doors

This programme of work restarted in April.

Surveys & Inspections

We are restarting work to carry out Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Surveys.

Maintenance Inspections.  We are now visiting homes to inspect any repair issues.
