The Government has announced that from tomorrow, Friday 10 December 2021, it is moving to Plan B to help stop the spread of the new coronavirus variant, Omicron.

The new rules including making it compulsory to wear face masks in most public places, working from home if you can and showing an NHS Covid Pass for large indoor and outdoor events.

Our key priority is the health, safety and welfare of our residents, colleagues and our contractors.  As always, we continue to follow Government guidance and review how we provide our services.

For now, we’re pleased to tell you that it’s business as usual.

Visiting our office

Our office at Eden House remains open to visitors but this is by appointment only.  If you do visit us at our offices we kindly ask you to wear a face mask and to keep a social distance.

Home visits

We are limiting home visits where possible and will call you rather than visiting you in your home at this time.  If following our call we need to visit you, we will make an appointment with you.

We would also like to reassure you that when any member of our team visits you in your home, they will continue to wear a face mask and keep to a social distance.  We kindly ask you that you do the same.

Our services

All other services will continue to be provided as normal.
