COVID-19 service update – visiting our office

Our key priority is the health, safety, and welfare of our residents, colleagues, and contractors as we continue to navigate the coronavirus pandemic.
Our office at Eden House is open to visitors, but crucially this is by appointment only. For your information, we have outlined the safety measures we have put in place if you have an appointment to visit us.
Visiting Eden House
- You will receive an appointment letter or email before your appointment date, which details our COVID-19 protocol; the safety measures we have in place for visitors.
- Please scan the QR code situated in our reception with the NHS app if you have it when you arrive.
- We will ask you to check your temperature using the thermometer in reception. If your temperature is above 37.8 degrees centigrade, we will ask you to wait 10 minutes and then re-take your temperature. If it remains above 37.8 degrees, we will not be able to carry on with your appointment. We will ask you to return home and would encourage you to arrange a COVID-19 test. If you test negative for COVID-19, please let us know, and we will rearrange your appointment.
- Hand sanitiser is available at reception for visitors to use.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you.
