Electricity safety checks
We carry out regular maintenance work to keep you safe in your home and meet the government's Decent Home Standard.
What to expect during an electricity safety check
We carry out a full electrical installation inspection every five years, and upon a new tenancy, to make sure the electrical installation in your home is safe and in good condition. In some instances we may need to do an full inspection sooner based on engineer advice. If the electrical installation is in poor condition it can cause health and safety risks

All Electrical Service (EICR) inspections are done by our contractor Ashtons Electrical Bristol Ltd. They will contact you 11 weeks in advance to book an appointment no later than seven weeks before the service is due.
