Our estate improvement budget is back for 2021.

If you live in a block of flats, you can apply for a grant towards estate improvements. You can suggest outdoor or indoor improvements and be as creative or practical as you like. But you?re not alone.

We will work with you to come up with ideas and suggestions to benefit you and your community.  Here are some suggestions but feel free to let us know your ideas too.

• Garden planting, sheds, or flower beds
• Something educational for children
• Bin store improvements
• Measures to reduce anti-social behaviour.

How other residents have used the funds

A more private space.  Residents from LaunchPad in Fishponds (main picture above) did a collective application for their communal room. The floor-to ceiling windows and patio doors had a public footpath outside the space. New blinds are fitted to increase privacy inside.

Thinking outside the box.  Residents in Southmead had recycling bins locked outside their communal bin store, encouraging fly-tipping. Working with Bristol Waste, we arranged kerbside collections and built shelves inside. Now residents have their own recycling boxes off the street.
