We want our communities to be places you are proud to live in.

A key part of this is the cleaning and grounds maintenance service provided by our contractor aAFD to over 100 tenant blocks.  The services they provide is based on what tenants have told us is important to them.

Since November 2024, aAFD visit regularly to do works including:

• vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning floors and internal windows in communal areas at least twice a month
• grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding and tree maintenance in communal green spaces – twice a month in summer, once a month in winter
• additional on request – these may be charged to individual tenants or to the whole block via service charges
