It’s official…. Brighter Places has received the highest rating from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) of G1 for governance and V1 for financial viability.

The highest rating means that Brighter Places meet all governance requirements and has the financial capacity to deal with a range of adverse financial pressures should they arise.

Commenting on the announcement, Anna Klimczak, chief executive officer said: “We’re pleased the Regulator has confirmed a G1/V1 rating for Brighter Places. It’s a measure of the Regulator’s confidence that, having come through a merger this year, we are building on sound foundations and operating successfully as Brighter Places. We’re excited for the future, which is focused on serving residents and our communities, and looking forward to continuing our journey of improving services and existing homes and delivering 1,000 new homes by 2027.”
