We recently teamed up with architects, Kendall Kingscott to show 1st year University of the West of England (UWE) students our property in Gainsborough Square, Bristol.

The development which we completed 10 years ago is still looking fantastic and a good example of a mixed-use scheme.  It features essential amenities, outside green space encouraging interaction between residents and business owners and affordable housing.

Our community led project manager Laura, project manager Brian and the architects showed the students around and talked to them about the building and design.

Commenting, project manager, Brian Rowe said: “It was a great opportunity to meet the students studying built environment and give them a real insight into the work that takes place to bring a scheme from conception to project completion.  We also discussed the complexities and detail required to get a project through planning.

“We would like to thank everyone that came along to inspire and educate the next generation of built environment professionals.”
