What makes this scheme different?
The project will be one of the first residential developments to pioneer Bristol City Council’s district heating network and will prove that providing 100% affordable homes in the inner city is an achievable goal.
The housing mix offers homes for a range of residents from one bed/two person homes to three bed/five person accommodation with the majority supporting Bristol’s demand for two bed/four person homes.
Homes available for rent will be let through Bristol City Council’s choice-based letting scheme, HomeChoice.
Homes available for shared ownership will be sold via the Brighter Places Sales website
