MyPlace is our online resident portal that gives 24 hours access to Brighter Places services.
You can use MyPlace to:

It’s quick and easy to register for your MyPlace account. You’ll need to enter your details and six digit tenancy number so have those to hand. Register for MyPlace here.

My personal details are wrong. How do I update my details?
You can update your details on the portal. Choose ‘My Details’ or ‘My Tenancy’.

Somebody listed on my tenancy no longer lives here. Can I update this?
Go to ‘My Tenancy’ and request to remove this person.
