Sally Gilbert
Homes director
We have an ambitious target to deliver 1,000 new homes in Bristol and surrounding urban areas by 2025. With schemes ranging from just four units to developments of 160 plus, we are the largest developer within Bristol, receiving significant grant funding from Bristol City Council as a Registered Provider.
Development director, Sally Gilbert, brings a wealth of experience and a drive for quality to all our schemes. Sally leads a development team which features a variety of professional competencies, including building surveying, Passivhaus design and urban planning.
Senior lead for the delivery of new homes is development manager Caroline Massey. Caroline’s team is made up of project managers (including a specialist in community-led developments) together with project assistant and project co-ordinator roles.
Sales & marketing manager Niamh Branaghan is responsible for the sales and marketing of new homes on handover, covering private market sales and shared ownership. Niamh also handles Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and re-sales of shared ownership homes. Niamh’s role is supported by a sales and marketing officer.
Technical manager Peter Bartlett is responsible for ensuring that technical and quality standards are met across our schemes, during all phases of construction. Peter’s role is supported by a development surveyor, with the team working closely with a range of contractors on-site.
