Brighter Places has an ambitious development programme, and we welcome all land opportunities in Bristol and surrounding areas.
Here are the brief characteristics we’re looking for:
- Must be in Bristol and urban surrounding areas*
- Open to considering brownfield sites and regeneration opportunities
- We aim to deliver 30% of our development programme through community-led housing: this means that we welcome approaches from partnership organisations and community groups
* urban surrounding areas within South Gloucestershire local authority boundary (examples, Kingswood, Yate, Cribbs Causeway, Emerson Green, Stoke Gifford)
