Our office is closed from 3pm on Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24 December 2024 and our phone lines close at 4pm.

We open for business as usual on Thursday 2 January 2025 at 8.30am.

If you have an emergency repair during this time please call us on 0117 942 4600.  You can also find some helpful information about emergency repairs here.

You can report a routine repair online as normal while we are closed.

As we head to the festive period, we would like to take this opportunity to wish all our residents a happy and restful holiday.
