    • Who will do the repair?

      We use the services of an organisation called MD Group, to carry out repairs for previous Solon residents.

      Anyone visiting your home on our behalf will carry photographic identification. If someone cannot prove who they are:

      • Do not allow them to enter your home
      • Alert our customer service team immediately
    • What if I cannot make my appointment?

      Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment is due, and we will rearrange a new appointment.

    • What if I miss my appointment?

      If we do not hear from you, you may be charged for the cost of a missed appointment. Our contractor will leave a card if nobody is home, and you will have 5 days to rearrange the appointment. 

      If we’ve not heard from you after this time, your repair request will be cancelled until we hear from you again.
