What makes this scheme different?

The scheme will be built to Passivhaus standards. The proposals for the building are for high levels of insulation and air tightness with heat recovery ventilation, to provide low bills for residents and excellent winter comfort.

How will this scheme benefit the community?

NHS Property Services sold Brighter Places the site in Bedminster following the recent opening of a higher capacity health centre nearby. The site also includes a vacant betting shop. The scheme will bring a disused site back into meaningful use to provide much needed affordable housing in the area.

How to find out more about available homes

Homes available for rent will be let through Bristol City Council’s choice-based letting scheme, HomeChoice.
