Brighter Places publication scheme (STAIRs)
From 1 October 2026, we will publish information about how Brighter Places manages its homes and services. This is part of the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements, also known as STAIRs. This page brings this information together in one place to make it clear and easy to find.
Contact us at DataProtection@brighterplaces.co.uk you have any queries or you feel that there is something that should be publicised under the scheme and we will review your request.
You can find more information on the government website here
From 1 April 2027, tenants will also be able to ask Brighter Places for more specific information about the management of their homes and housing services under STAIRs.
If you want to access information on our website in another format just use the accessibility ‘speak’ button that appears in the bottom left corner on every page.
